Rick Wolfryd is a 48 year-old, Los Angeles based Artist ( and art dealer ) who has pioneered various frontiers in the fine art world throughout his life. Currently working on a series of "digital portraits," Rick has 2 fine art degrees and a long history of aesthetic accomplishments. He has worked for the Chicago Council on Fine Arts, held a position as National Sales Director for Fingerhut Group Publishers, and is the former Co-owner of Wolfryd Selway Fine Art (Gallery) based in Los Angeles, CA. In 1998, Rick was Sotheby's 8th largest client in the world for buying/selling/trading of contemporary prints. Currently, Rick is pursuing his "digital portraits" and various other experiments in computer enhanced art works from his home in the Hollywood Hills.
